Heroes of Umbra is available on several platforms and multiplayer is completely cross-platform. Simply download and start a game to host your own server locally.
Please note, Heroes of Umbra is still in its early beta phases; download at your own risk.
Desktop Client
Some variant of Java is required to run Heroes of Umbra. (Either the JDK or JRE should do.) Most PCs already have Java installed, but if you’re unsure, either check your control panel or run “java -version” in a command prompt. By default on Windows machines Java usually ends up in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk<version>.

Android Client
Heroes of Umbra is available as an signed debug application until the game is ready for the Google Play Store. To try the current version on your device, first enable third-party app installations and download the file below onto your device.
OUYA Client
To sideload Heroes of Umbra onto an OUYA console, navigate directly to http://db.tt/IHtQIGXb or click the link below from your console’s integrated web browser.
